Paper on the synthesis of CPL-emissive optically active molecules based on planar chiral [2.2]paracyclophane and chemoselective Sonogashira-Hagihara coupling was published in Bulletin of the Chemical Society of Japan.  The molecules consist of unique second-ordered structures.
