Paper on synthesis of optically active X-shaped molecules based on planar chiral [2.2]paracyclophane was published in Chemistry A European Journal. Axial chirality can be controlled by the planar chirality of [2.2]paracyclophane, leading to propeller chirality and control of CPL signs.
